Great little gem – 5 Stars

We had the pleasure of staying at this lovely B&B, for night whilst visiting family in nearby Berwick. The place was spotless, lovely rooms, friendly people, Sandy and Sheila, thank you for the history lesson, and the fact you knew our grandparents Larry Forman and Mrs Forman (school teacher), made our day, your breakfast was amazing and such a choice, and you had Earl Grey that was 5☆ on its own, we shall definitely return again, the whole visit has been amazing.

Excellent place to stay choice of Breakfast included in the price, Friendly owners, if I am in the area again I will definitely stay here. Room facilities Include tea coffee and biscuits, water cooler. TV in room, Spacious shower room with toilet and a bonus of the heating on at all times.

Can I just say what a wonderful bed and breakfast. I use bed and breakfast establishments from time to time and can honestly say that this is the best one I have ever stayed at. On arrival I was greeted by Sheila at the door what a lovely lady with a lovely home. After going through the paper work we were shown to our rooms. Clean and comfortable not new and corporate. My night’s sleep was awesome after visiting the pub a few doors down (great food there as well). We got up and had our breakfast, the best I have had in a long long time.

To sum up comfortable accommodation, excellent host & great food.

Very friendly, helpful owner. Comfortable room, with ensuite and tea/coffee/hot chocolate making facilities. Able to choose what to have for breakfast, which for me was salmon and scrambled eggs. Would definitely come back.
